Digitise the farm-to-fork record
SDG 2 · SDG 12Replace paper handovers and spreadsheet reconciliation with one digital lot record per shipment, used by producer, exporter, and buyer.
Zero-surprise compliance for exporters
SDG 3 · SDG 12No shipment blocked at destination because the paperwork was incomplete. EUDR, FSMA 204, HACCP, and phytosanitary artefacts assembled from operational data.
Include smallholders, not just large estates
SDG 8Onboard cooperatives and smallholder producers with the same compliance and traceability footprint as large estates — no separate, lower tier.
Deforestation-free by default
SDG 15Every producer onboarded with geolocation and land-use checks, so EUDR conformance is a byproduct rather than a separate programme.
